In these
troubled economic times, where many clients have lost their jobs and their home values are less than their mortgage obligations,
clients now find themselves unable to properly pay their mortgage and face foreclosure.
In an effort to save the clients from being put-out of their home, this firm is able to provide two options:
1.
Contacting the Mortgage Company and negotiate a fair
and reasonable "Mortgage Modification" which will permit the clients to continue to remain in the home. If
that avenue becomes unsuccessful;
2. "Bankruptcy Protection," which may still permit continued occupancy of the home,
but eliminate any obligation that could remain if the foreclosure took place and a balance was still owed to the Mortgage
Company, if the sheriff sale did not pay off the entire mortgage.
In either event, the combination
of providing both services may motivate the Mortgage Company to act in a fair and reasonable manner, increasing client’s
opportunity in remaining in the home.
