About Our Firm

Seth D. Josephson, Esq. was admitted to the bar in 1994. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from Stockton State College in 1981 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1994 from Seton Hall University.

Seth has a general practice. His practice areas include Personal Injury, Corporate Litigation, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Wills and Trusts, and Bankruptcy –Foreclosure Avoidance.

Seth lives in West Windsor with this wife and two children. Seth is very active in the community, and takes pride in coaching the soccer and basketball teams his children participate on. Seth is currently an Executive Board Member of Beth El Synagogue in East Windsor, NJ and United Jewish Federation of Princeton Mercer-Bucks.
